Employer Identification Number (FEIN)
This federal taxpayer number is required by the government at the point
when one becomes an employer. Partnerships, corporations and non-profit
organizations also need an FEIN number. Sole proprietorships without employees
may also obtain and use an FEIN number instead of their Social Security

All start-up businesses must register with this department. Information
on income tax, sales taxes, sales tax exemptions, real estate taxes, and

A Resale Certificate Number (allows a business to sell a product without
